How to Apply
You can browse the current openings to find a position of your interest and view the job description. All the listed positions will be open for a period of three weeks. Please review the position opening and closing dates carefully while reviewing the job description of the position of your interest. Job opening and closing dates are based on Shanghai time. Applications received after the closing date will not be considered.
Interested applicants will be required to apply online via our website. You will be required to fill in the Job Application Form and submit your detailed Curriculum Vitae. Curriculum Vitae should be submitted in English only.
Curriculum Vitae should include the following information:
- Current and prior employment information, including position/title, areas of responsibility, length of service, type of employment (full time, part time, consultancy, contractual), etc.
- Education qualifications – degree(s), institution(s), year of start and completion, type of educational qualifications (full time, part time).
Your application will be carefully reviewed to determine whether your background and experience match our job requirements. Recruitment will be effected in an open, fair and transparent manner. Selection will be based, inter alia, on relative merit of technical competence, behavioural competence, in-depth experience in related sectors, international experience, educational background, and written/oral communication skills in English.
The applicants who are nationals of our member countries, are invited to apply for the positions in the Bank. All applications must be for specific open vacancies. Please note that due to the large number of applications received, it is not possible for the Bank to respond to your application individually. You will be contacted by telephone or mail if we need additional information in order to consider your application. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted by the Bank for the next stage of the recruitment process in around four weeks from the closing date of applications for a position.
